Arbër Ahmeti

Project Coordinator (South East Europe and Black Sea Region Programme)

Arbër coordinates and leads the Platform’s research project on Kosovo Specialist Chambers. He also conducts research on South East Europe with a focus on the Kosovo-Serbia normalization process.

Arbër is an independent researcher specializing in international law at the University of Vienna. He has also completed a course in international criminal law, the Sir Geoffrey Nice Master Class on War Crimes. Previously, he was a Guest Researcher at the Institute for Peace Support and Conflict Management at the Austrian National Defence Academy and is a contributor to the Oxford Reports in International Law. Arbër is currently involved in projects and consultancies in the fields of transitional justice, foreign investment arbitration and human rights.
