Eka joined the Platform in September 2023 as Programme Director of the South East Europe and Black Sea Region Programme.

Eka has more than 11 years of experience in human rights law and advocacy and more than 7 years of experience in management and leadership. She is winner of the Fulbright Scholarship at American University Washington College of Law. Eka has served at the International Criminal Court as a recipient of support from the European Commission.
