Soufiane is a Researcher in the Mediterranean Programme.

Soufiane is a Master graduate in International Affairs and Diplomacy from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). He also holds a Bachelor in Applied Foreign Languages from Sorbonne University.

He has had experience working in the Embassy of Mexico in France and the Embassy of France in the UAE, where he gained experience in public diplomacy and cultural affairs. He also has deep knowledge of multilateral diplomacy thanks to his experience in the UNITAR.
