Gilson joined the Platform team in May 2025 as a Social Media Manager.
Gilson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing. He brings over 7 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, and tech, delivering impactful digital solutions and executing successful marketing campaigns for a diverse range of clients. Gilson has worked with international brands such as Bayer, Total Energies, and Ecobank, as well as prominent local organizations based in Malawi like Press Trust, Chibuku Breweries Ltd, and the Ministry of Tourism in Malawi. His expertise spans brand development, website design and management, social media strategy, and the integration of AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Gilson has also contributed to the growth of organizations by revamping websites, developing e-commerce solutions, and leading digital campaigns that significantly increased brand awareness and engagement. He is particularly passionate about leveraging technology and user-centric design to drive business growth and create high-quality digital experiences.
