Grace Bell joined the Platform’s Central Asia Programme as a Researcher in January 2025.

I hold an MSc in Global Crime, Justice and Security from the University of Edinburgh’s School of Law, as well as a BA in Economics from McGill University. I’m passionate about advancing social justice initiatives and promoting global human rights, with a special interest in how women and girls are uniquely affected by conflict and other global phenomena with human rights implications.
