Alicia became a senior researcher for the platform in September 2024

Alicia holds a bachelor’s degree in Languages and Cultures from Lancaster University and recently graduated from the University of Sheffield, obtaining a Master’s degree in International Relations. She currently works as a policy researcher and events coordinator in the employment sector.

Alicia also has particular experience researching migration, having completed her Master’s dissertation on government policy and discourse towards refugees in the United Kingdom. In addition to this, she previously volunteered for Care4Calais, giving her further experience in this field.
