Andressa serves as the Weekly News Recap writer for the International Justice section.

Andressa holds an LL.M. degree in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law from the European Viadrina University (Frankfurt Oder, Germany), a postgraduate degree in Rule-of-Law and Public Prosecution from the Foundation School of the Public Prosecution Service of Paraná (Londrina, Brazil), a postgraduate degree in Forensic Examination from the Filadelfia University Center (Londrina, Brazil), and a Bachelor’s degree in law from the Pontifical Catholic University (Londrina, Paraná). She served for over five years at the Public Prosecution Service in Brazil, as an intern and a Legal Adviser. She has experience with criminal public litigation and human rights advocacy.
