Ayoub El Fadili is a Community Engagement and Emergency Response Specialist with more than four years of professional experience in humanitarian action, community development, and crisis management. He has worked in remote and mountainous areas of Morocco, supporting vulnerable communities through participatory development approaches and emergency interventions.
His professional experience includes managing humanitarian and emergency response programmes, community mobilization initiatives, youth engagement, and capacity-building activities with national and international organizations. Ayoub holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Foreign Languages and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Territorial Development and Digital Transition, focusing on the relationship between territorial governance, local development, and digital transformation within Moroccan institutions.
