Emma joined the Platform in September 2025 as a Weekly News Recap Writer for the Peace and Security section.

Emma holds a Master’s in Gender, Peace, and Security from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Politics and International Relations from SOAS University of London. She has experience with the International Crisis Group, the European Parliament, and humanitarian NGOs supporting refugees. Emma has worked across communications, research, and advocacy, focusing on areas including the Women, Peace and Security Agenda, refugee protection, human security, conflict prevention, and peacebuilding.
