Gabriela holds a Master’s degree in Advanced European & International Studies. Driven by a passion for creating meaningful and lasting change, she brings experience across multiple sectors: advancing human rights in Africa through a gender-sensitive and victim-centred approach to justice; implementing a EU-funded project in Central Asia; and contributing to the EU’s multi- and bilateral relations with Central Asia at the European External Action Service (EEAS).
