Helena serves as the Project Coordinator for the Czech Republic in the Ukraine Programme.
Helena holds an LL.M. degree in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights from the Geneva Academy and a Master’s Degree in Law from the Charles University in Prague. She served in various positions at international tribunals (e.g. United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials), national courts (Municipal Court in Prague), international and national NGOs (Czech Centre for Human Rights and Democracy, Organization for Aid to Refugees, TRIAL International). She has experience with the litigation of international protection cases in the Czech Republic.
