Iryna joined the Platform team in January 2025 as the Representative for Interaction with the Ukrainian Community.

With over a decade of professional experience in marketing and television, Iryna has developed extensive expertise in media production, content creation, and audience engagement. Currently residing in Slovakia, she arrived as a refugee from Ukraine due to Russia’s aggression. In Slovakia, Iryna has gained valuable experience working with organisations focused on supporting refugees (e.g. UNHCR, UNICEF, Slovak Red Cross, Ukrainska Spilka). This included providing humanitarian assistance, coordinating aid programs, and facilitating the integration of displaced individuals into their new communities. Her diverse background combines strategic communication skills with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable populations, allowing her to contribute effectively to both creative and humanitarian initiatives.
