Lukáš serves as the Project Coordinator and Legal Advisor in the Ukraine Programme since 2024. In 2026, he became a member of the Management Board and the Deputy Director of the organisation.

Lukáš holds PhD. and Juris Doctor titles in International Law, as well as master degree in law, and is an assistant professor and deputy head of the Department of International Law and International Relations at the Comenius University in Bratislava. In his research, he is focusing on issues of international criminal law. His previous experience includes work in a law firm, prosecutor’s office and the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic. Lukáš has also experience with journalism.
