Lukáš serves as the Project Coordinator and Legal Advisor in the Ukraine Programme since 2024. In 2026, he became a member of the Management Board and the Deputy Director of the organisation.

Lukáš holds a PhD, Juris Doctor, and the academic title of docent (associate professor) in International Law, as well as a Master’s degree in Law. He is an associate professor at the Department of International Law and International Relations, Faculty of Law, Comenius University Bratislava. His research focuses primarily on international criminal law. His previous experience includes work in a law firm, at a district court, in the prosecutor’s office, at the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic, and in journalism.
