Maria Eduarda joined the Platform for Peace and Humanity in 2023 as a Researcher for the South East Europe and Black Sea Region Programme.
Bachelor’s degree in Law and International Relations, with an MBA in New Business and an ongoing Master’s degree in Public Policy, with a national research incentive scholarship. Participated in several academic and social groups focused on Human Rights, mainly focused on gender and political participation. Has participated in international events focused on International Relations as the only undergraduate presenting in a specific panel over maternity and women’s role at the IFJP 2021 Virtual Conference; and was the only Amazonian to ever participate at the EPIIC Symposium promoted by Tufts University, in 2022, on China Relations, as well as a delegate at the first e-MUN by UNODC, in 2021.
