Rand Tubieshat

Analyst (Mediterranean Programme)

Rand Tubieshat serves as an Analyst for the Mediterranean Programme at the Platform for Peace and Humanity. In this role, she contributes to research and analysis on peacebuilding, governance, social cohesion, and regional developments relevant to the Mediterranean context.

Rand holds a Master’s degree in Development Policies from the Geneva Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and is PMP-certified. She has professional experience in programme management, partnerships, proposal development, and education-related projects in Jordan and the wider region, including work with the Ministry of Education, Siren Associates, UNICEF, War Child, and Arab Therapy.
